Whistleblowing Policy

Whistleblowing is when an employee, or someone in close connection to GANT, raises concerns about underhand or illegal practices within his or her company or an associated company. GANT’s policy is to operate within the country’s laws and regulations, and all employees are expected to cooperate by adhering to all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

When to apply whistleblowing

The company would expect all employees to disclose information that is relevant for public nature, coinciding with the following:

  • A criminal offense
  • A failure to comply with a legal obligation
  • A miscarriage of justice
  • The endangerment of an individual’s life and safety
  • Damage to the environment
  • Deliberate concealment of information relating to any of the above

How to apply whistleblowing

GANT is committed to maintaining an open culture with the highest standards of honesty and accountability. If an employee or someone in close connection to GANT would like to reach out anonymously, please use confidential@gant.com to reach the Global HR department, who will start an investigation and carry out all necessary actions to investigate and solve the reported issue. When using this email, the person can remain anonymous and his/her identity will not be revealed if he/she wishes and communicates this in the email.
